Struggling with emotional triggers or hidden parts you dislike? You’re not alone.
These shadows aren't the real you. They’re learned behaviours from your past.
Shadow Journaling is your path to discovering, accepting, and appreciating who you truly are.
You've been told to wear masks, to hide what's been labeled as "ugly" or "wrong".
But often, what was deemed ugly was just your uniqueness: the authentic parts of yourself that didn't conform.
These hidden parts, your secret sauce, live in your Shadow.
Through Shadow Journaling, using the three-phase Shadow Journaling Method (Reveal. Reclaim. Rewrite.) we reconnect you with the self you've lost.
There are a multitude of ways in to the future. Most of them depend on how ready you are to face discomfort.
If you want to work with me, here are my suggestions for first steps:
If you're not sure where to go yet, get access to the Starter Kit with 11 easy prompts to help you take the first steps on your journey. This free kit is the safes place if you're not sure yet.
If you're tired of superficial "tick-box" journaling, this is for you. A deep dive with all the tools I use with my clients and students. This consists of journaling techniques, plus pure Shadow Journaling
The Alchemy Through Words community is for those who are ready to connect and share, to speak with others who are on the same journey as you. Pure joy and a safe space for everyone.

11 Powerful Prompts
To Kickstart Your Daily Journaling Practice in Only 10 Minutes a Day

Journaling is a solitary experience.
When we get into Shadow Journaling, that loneliness can feel heightened, because we touch on areas that are even more hidden than usual. Areas we've been deliberately keeping from others (and ourselves).
But there's the thing: When we feel alone, it's natural to question whether or not we're "doing it right", or whether certain emotions "make sense". The energy we're spending on that doubt is holding us back.
That energy, when released, is one of the most powerful growth factors you can have. And the best way to get it is through community. Through sharing. Through seeing each other in our own individual process.
We grow from sharing our own words because we see they are the words of others too.
This is what's included:
Regular calls
Some with simple prompts and sharing as well as community checkins just to be together. There will also be monthly workshops going deeper. The key is connectivity and learning.
Accountability
We will have a WhatsApp group where we will all be able to connect and share our daily writing experience, our struggles, our wins. These reminders keep our process top of the mind, and we can learn from how others approach their writing.
Consistent development
You’ll have access to the library of classes that already exist, as well as recordings of the monthly workshops. The workshops have a range of topics where the goal is to help you go deeper together, and then have the tools to work on your own.
